With the comprehensive development of quality education and promote "people-oriented" and "health first" and "lifelong sports" concept also gradually in the college physical education and health curriculum teaching reform are introduced and deepen. To promote the reform of physical education curriculum in universities and colleges in the reform of the teaching, is the core, which is the key point of teaching reform on teaching contents and structure adjustment settings. In 2014, the test content of the national Ministry of education for 07 years promulgated the implementation of "National Students’ Physique Health Standard" in the adjusted corresponding change. This in improving and perfecting the national student physical health monitoring and evaluation mechanism but also for all types of schools at all levels in the physical education teaching reform to clear guiding function on the. At the same time, according to the national Ministry of education in 2014 put forward the "basic standard" higher in the school sports "each lesson should enable the students to exercise the content at the heart and lung function of the rigid requirements of not less than 30% of the exercise",and the "guidelines for the" national ordinary college sports curriculum teaching objectives and teaching methods for the implementation of the spirit of the requirements, the physique test content of the 14 version of the new "standard" interlude in to sports class, mainly by adjusting the teaching content to change the traditional teaching content to technology oriented teaching mode, teaching method and use the game, the game as the main means to further deepen the reform of university physical education teaching to improve the physique and health level of the students overall development goals, and to cultivate and improve students’ sports interest in learning, and lay a solid foundation for the lifelong physical education.This paper mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method, interview method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the main teaching content reform in university physical education, at the same time, with the diversification of teaching methods to optimize the universityphysical education, starting with diverse teaching methods through the reform of the teaching content, a period of 16 weeks teaching experiment of grade 2013 of Yunnan Normal University football elective course students, the experimental results show that the:1 of students’ physical quality according to the testing index of 2014 new "standard" physical point of view, one semester down to improve students’ overall physical quality. The main performance is: after the experiment control class and experimental class contrast, students in the experimental class in speed, strength,flexibility is better than the control class, P < 0.05, endurance is improved, but not obvious; after the experiment, the experimental class students are improved greatly in speed, strength, cardiopulmonary endurance and flexibility quality, the P is less than0.05, while the control class in the vital capacity, flexibility and speed also increased and there is significant difference.2 through the teaching experiment for a semester, the students in the experimental class football most of the technical level higher than control class students, mainly reflected in the ball, around the bar shooting and place kick kick off technology, its P value is less than 0.05. Description in into the body quality exercise and diversified teaching methods on students football skill enhancement can also play a role in promoting.3 to carry out the reform in teaching content and settings, with the diversity of teaching methods, the experimental control class and experimental class contrast,students in the experimental class in learning interest, attitude to exercise, exercise motivation was better than the control class, P < 0.05; after the experiment, the experimental class students in learning interest, attitude to exercise, exercise motivation has also improved, and there is a significant difference, while the control group only in school interest increased, the exercise attitude and exercise motivation has not changed.4 a semester teaching experiment after to two class student’s social adaptation ability was improved, especially in the experiment after experiment classes and contrast classes in comparison, students in the experimental class is better than the control class in the ability to adapt to society, and there is a significant difference, P <0.05; while in the cooperation ability aspect, two class the students were not improved.From the above results,From the above results, the conclusion:1 through the physical fitness test content into the 2014 edition of the new "standard" in the teaching practice, at the same time, physical exercise and body-building propaganda of knowledge in extra-curricular using QQ, students through in class exercises and the Extracurricular Autonomous practice so that its velocity, cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility, power quality has been improved.2 in the whole teaching to adjust the teaching content, teaching method and technology optimization of teaching, teaching methods of combination of games and competitions to promote the students’ interest in football, so that students are interested in physical education, and cultivate and improve the students the exercise attitude and learning motivation, and ultimately improve the level of football technique.3 in the teaching content and teaching method for optimization of reform,combined with the "National Student Physique Health Standard" spiritual requirements will be physical quality training into the teaching content, the diversity of teaching methods. The cultivation of students’ social communication and cooperation ability, make the students to overcome their inertia, the challenge of self practice process of the physical quality, not afraid of difficulties will, that adhere to the guiding ideology of "health first", but also lay the foundation for the students’ consciousness of lifelong sports.4 through the teaching experiment proves that, University of physical education and health curriculum into the "national student physical health standard" is reasonable and feasible. Into the body quality exercise not only enable students to own health degree of attention and cognitive attitude has improved, but also because of multi teaching contents and improve students’ interest in sports, the final correct students on physical fitness test and the attitude.
