Recently, the sense of academic help-seeking to students' learing attached increasing importance by educational phychologists. More and more relevant theories and researches treated help-seeking as an adaptive strategy for copying with difficulty and promoting master. However, in practice many students don't seek help actively when they have difficulty in studying. As we know ,there are many ways to affect students' help-seeking ,but classroom plays an important part as the main environment that the students study in.The present study is to investigate learning environment affecting academic help-seeking,that is the relationship between learing environment, academic achievement and academic help-seeking.From the general views on learing environment ,academic achievement and academic help-seeking ,we find the past studies were taken in the experimental conditions which is far from the real classroom enviromnt. The meterials provided to study were different from the students' ordinary task, but looked like games and the conclusion came from the students' oral reports .As a result ,it is impossible to completely get the students' real thoughts. In order to remedy the defect of the past studies,the present study is mainly on the relationship between them. Data were collected via questionable about learning environment ,attitudes on acadmic help-seeking and styles on academic help-seeking.The main findings from the present study are as follows: Learning environment,academic achievement and academic help-seeking has positive correlation .Meanwhile ,learing environmen plays an important part in academic help-seeking.In detail ,learning enviroment includes three aspects .They are interpersonal relation ,classroom environment and academi help-seeking .All of them connect with each other .The analysic of the factors shows that classroom environment have two types of environment positive and negactive for help-seeking.The attitude of help-seeking has effects on the action of help-seeking.From all of the above ,we can give some advice about teaching: How to from positive learning environment that can promote the students to have a good feelings of help-seeking and use instrumental help-seeking as possible as they can.
