In order to cultivate the advanced innovative talents for our country, it is a must to emphasize the value for academic freedom. This paper, based on the successful theory and experiences on cultivating talents of America, Germany and Britain, guided by the idea of academic freedom, conceive a new model for advance innovative talents education in our country. At first, this paper expatiate the connotation, characteristic and value to innovative education of academic freedom. Then on the foundation of analysis of academic freedom theory demonstrate the education reform in U.S., Germany and U.K.. Then it looks back on our country' innovative education reform, points out a few problems that have not been solved and successful experiences of some notable university. Finally, this paper conceive the new model which include objective model, curriculum model, teaching model, teaching supervising model and the model of planning undergraduate and graduate education as a whole. |
