Top-notch innovative talents are an important source of national core competitiveness and the focus of improving the quality of undergraduate education in the construction of "double-class".Training high-quality top-notch innovative talents with broad scientific literacy,strong innovative ability and moral and academic training has become the focus of the current reform of higher education in China.Since 1985,Jilin University has set up a youth class,which teaches independently and in accordance with their aptitude.It attaches great importance to the cultivation of young innovative talents.In 2009,the State promulgated the "Experimental Program for Training Top Students in Basic Disciplines".Taking this opportunity,Jilin University established the "Tang Aoqing Science Experimental Class" named by former president and famous chemist Mr.Tang Aoqing,focusing on training top students in basic disciplines.After ten years of exploration and practice,Jilin University has gained beneficial experience and positive results in building a top-notch innovative talent training model.Studying the top-notch innovative talent training model of Jilin University is of great significance for our research universities to improve the quality of talent training.This study is based on the theory of all-round development of human beings,with talent training mode as the core research content,focusing on curriculum,teaching methods and tutor system.This research adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,and takes the students of Tang Aoqing Science Experimental Class of Jilin University as the research object,compiles a questionnaire on the cultivation mode of top-notch innovative talents,and constructs a model of influencing factors on the cultivation mode of top-notchinnovative talents.The cultivation mode consists of three dimensions: Curriculum setting,teaching mode and tutor system,and is subject to school,teacher and learning.For the influence of students and other factors,we use SPSS23.0 software for statistical analysis to verify the relevant hypothesis and draw conclusions.The results show that there is a slight deviation between Tang Aoqing science experimental class' s top innovative talent training model and students' expectations.The curriculum and teaching methods in the talent training model are better than the tutor system.The results of regression analysis show that learning ability,training idea,learning environment and institutional environment have significant influence on the training mode of top innovative talents,among which the training idea has the greatest influence.Combining the results of empirical analysis and the existing research,this study finds that there are some practical problems in the training mode of top innovative talents,such as the deviation between curriculum setting and students' needs,the lack of students' enthusiasm to participate in teaching,and the weak subjective consciousness of students in the tutorial system.Therefore,it puts forward some suggestions for renewing the concept of talent training,formulating clear rules and regulations,setting up a generous curriculum system and improving teaching methods.Law,suggestions and Countermeasures for the implementation of the whole-process tutorial system.
