With the globalization of the world economy and the rapid development of science and technology,the quality of talents and the ability to innovate have increasingly become an important symbol of comprehensive national strength and a key factor in promoting and restricting economic growth and social development.In the past ten years,the Ministry of Education and the State Council have issued documents on many occasions,emphasizing quality education,encouraging colleges and universities to carry out teaching reforms and experiments,and cultivate top-notch innovative talents.As an important part of school education,physical education plays an important role in comprehensively promoting quality education and cultivating top-notch innovative talents.At present,the research on the sports curriculum of top-notch innovative talents is in its infancy,and it needs to be improved and supplemented urgently.Southwest University carried out physical education curriculum reform in 2012 for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,and constructed and implemented a top-notch innovative talents physical education curriculum.This course has been reformed for many years,and it is urgent to summarize and analyze the current status of the course reform,provide a basis for the next step of the course to improve and develop,and provide an important reference for the exploration of top-notch innovative talent sports courses.This study takes the reform of sports curriculum of top-notch innovative talents of Southwest University as the research object,and uses the mature CIPP model in education evaluation to analyze the reform background and curriculum of the curriculum from four modules: curriculum background,curriculum setting,curriculum implementation,and curriculum implementation effectiveness.Objectives,curriculum setting,survey the implementation status and implementation effectiveness of the course,and analyze and summarize it.It aims to supplement and improve the relevant research on the sports curriculum of top-notch innovative talents,provide a reference for the development of the sports curriculum model of top-notch innovative talents in universities,and provide theoretical and factual basis for the further development and improvement of sports curriculum of top-notch innovative talents in Southwest University.Analysis conclusion:First,Southwest University 's top-notch innovative talents sports curriculum is promoted by the state 's comprehensive promotion of top-notch innovative talents training programs.Colleges and universities should be encouraged to implement the teaching reform and experiment policies in accordance with the actual school.To meet the school's needs for top-notch innovative talent training and reform.The guiding ideology of the course is "quality education","health first" and "lifelong physical education";the course objectives emphasize the development of students 'physical and mental health,skills and knowledge learning and lifelong sports awareness and habit development,emphasizing the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality Comprehensive development.This curriculum reform concept is more in line with the development needs of top-notch innovative talents in the new era and the educational policy of the national school sports development.In addition,teachers and students have a one-sided understanding of the course objectives,and should strengthen popularization and publicity measures.Second,the curriculum is more reasonable.The school is more supportive of curriculum resource investment,and the quality of the teaching staff is relatively high.It is mainly composed of young and middle-aged teachers who are associate professors and above,and the gender ratio of teachers is balanced and reasonable.The venue resources are relatively sufficient to basically meet the needs of teachers' teaching and student learning.The types of courses are abundant,and the amount of hours is large.Teachers and students have a high degree of recognition on the curriculum.The combination of traditional and international curriculum content meets the interests and needs of students.Third,in the course of curriculum implementation,there is a phenomenon of stratification of teaching quality in teachers 'teaching.Some teachers still focus on traditional teaching methods,and the enthusiasm for innovation and reform of teaching needs to be improved.Combining,focusing on student progress,teachers and students have a high degree of recognition;the curriculum evaluation system is consistent with the school;the integration of inside and outside the class is the "classroom teaching + exercise class + sports club" three-in-one model,which can basically meet the students' exercise needs.However,after-class physical exercise and social organization management are not perfect,and student participation needs to be improved.Fourth,the curriculum reform has achieved great results.Students' physical fitness,mastery and application of sports skills and knowledge,sports awareness and will quality are generally better.However,the overall participation of students in physical exercise is not optimistic,and a small number of students maintain stable exercise habits.The students' innovation consciousness and ability performance are not good,and are not valued by teachers and students.
