Higher Education In European Integration Studies

The European Integration is preceding other continents on account of the homologous of civilizations, the idea of European identity, geo-condition of politics and economy, appropinquity of country development, aptness of new technology and the similar status in the international competition. The internationalization of higher education also contributes the integration of European higher education. The study on this has been an active research topic recently, but the integration process and the policy is still under reformation, the current result is not systemic. This work tries to reveal the performance of the integration of European higher education on the aspect of European Union, European country and its higher education institutions. We first introduce the history of the policy, and then analyze the European Union' s achievements and the university's response on the three aspects. After that, we make a conclusion on the success and failure of the integration. Finally, we discuss the future work. This article gives a clear view of the European and that will be helpful for our communication and cooperation.
