With the expansion of university enrollment scale, China is entering into the mass higher education stage. Some problems, such as how to improve the efficiency of running universities or how to reform the system of managing universities, which have become hot ones. Among these hot problems, how to strengthen the university-school teaching management has become a hard one. How to readjust and redispose the limited teaching resources, and then have the best effect with resources element recomposed on such condition. This related with the problem of school teaching management system reform in universities. From the development tendency, university-school two level teaching management model maybe accord with the fact nowadays. This means, with some changes of teaching management function, school level teaching management organization will have more mission, more responsibilities and more decision-making power. Because the management motion has the tendency of directness and microcosm, school-level teaching management organization should have more exploration and practice on the reform of teaching management model, changes of teaching management method and running system. Under such background, the thesis, "Research of University-School Level Teaching Management Model", puts forward.Through introduction the connotation of "school-level teaching management model", the writer analyzes the content, principles and necessaries of this model. Introduction some foreign school-level teaching management model, such as American and its MIT school-level teaching management model, England and its London University school-level teaching management model, National University of Singapore school-level teaching management, then analyzes the general and specific character of these models. Compares and analyzes the status quo and problems of Chinese school-level teaching management model. The writer put forward her initial conception on such basis: define the connotation, characteristics, rules and process of school-level teachingmanagement, then raise the idea of how to form "university school department three levels, school-based teaching management model". At last, introduce the idea of CSU school-level teaching management model accord to the facts.
