The problems of country ,agriculture and peasantry have become the core ones of the success modernization of our country and approaching the welfare and rich society ,during a certain period in the new country. The development of country education in our country has been slowed now. Especially the condition and quality of education in the depressed areas of countries have been dropped behind the ones in the developed cities. Country education can not meet the need of the development of the country economy. There is a duality structure between country and city in our country now. The direction of country education must be changed in order to dwindle the difference between country and city. We uses some research methods such as field survey, need evaluate and action research and so on research the country curriculums. This paper brings forward that education of the depressed areas should persist in the value direction of serving for farming. We analysis and define the meanings of serving for farming again. Serving for farming means that education should serve for the young people of country to enter a higher school, work in city and become quality peasants.In this paper, we put forward the principals of designing the compulsory education curriculums of country and the strategies of solving the problems of compulsory education curriculums of country. We should set up the system fitting for the compulsory education curriculums of depressed areas.
