Based on the thought of personalization education , this paper explicit the education personal teaching models and the necessity of developing the personalization thought of this. And this paper explicit carefully how to develop it in practical teaching of the course of biology, establish the models of instruction, in order to develop of personality of student.Education personal teaching models are logical outline reflecting personal education theory of valuing individual development, which are concrete educating activity structures insuring relative stabilization of managing personal development education task. The aim of the education personal models is to make the student know not only what is this, but also how to learn what is this, and how to work, how to live.
