At present,our country is in the period of social transformation.The main contradiction in our country is the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the insufficient and unbalanced development.The traditional community service system has been unable to meet the material and cultural needs of community residents.It is an indispensable link to explore the service path in the Party-masses service and give full play to the role of social work in promoting the development of the Party-masses service center.Community Party and mass service centers are still at the stage of exploration and development,and there are still some shortcomings in meeting the needs of residents.Through the observation during the internship and reading related literature,this paper explores how social work can assist the development of Party and mass service centers through service from the perspective of social workers and party and mass service centers.Taking F Community Party and Mass Service Center as an example,this paper explores the service of social workers in the Party and Mass Service Center to improve the service of community Party and Mass Service Center.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the significance of the study and research ideas.The second part is about the deficiencies and reasons of the service provided by F Community Party and Mass Service Center.The third part is the introduction and summary of the author’s project activities.The fourth part is the overall evaluation of the project and suggestions to promote the development of the Party and the masses Service center.The fifth part is the summary of this paper.
