Problem Of Primary And Secondary Education Decision-making System

The scientization and democratization of educational decision-making are the necessary requests. We must pay much attention to building up the institution of educational decision-making. I investigate questions in the institution of educational decision-making in junior school and high school. Through questionization and inquiry,I research the queaitons in the institution of educational decision-making. I find ,there are four key questions in the institution of educational decision-making: the simplex of main body in decision-making; simplifyication of decision-making process; closed fashion of decision-making; lack power of ambassadors' meeting of theachers. This article analyze these questions and reasons. At last, bring up the countermeasures about these questions.
