Analysis Of The Quality Of High School Science Teachers And Improve

The twenty-first century is a century full of chances and challenges. The hope to achieve China's rejuvenation depends on education; and the hope to vitalize education lies in teachers. This article of mine is based on the theory of structure principle and the theory of psychology.lt is also on the basis of teachers'qualities required by new educational ideas. It inquires into what qualities should be constituted by senior middle school teachers of natural science and makes a few suggestions in improving their own qualities,thus implementing the improvement of teachers' qualities and achieving the goaf of renewing ideas and improving themselves.
