Statistical Analysis Of Under-5 Mortality And Maternal Mortality

The under-5 mortality rate(U5MR) and the maternal mortality rate(MMR) is an important indicator of a country or region to reflect maternal and child health. Although, in recent years, These two indicators of China have declined below the majority of developing countries, but compared with some developed countries still have a big gap. Thus, in the "Thirteen Five" period, China will increase investment and research on maternal and child health, and try to control U5MR and MMR. Because of statistical analysis of under-5 mortality and maternal mortality plays a vital role in the proper implementation of public interventions,so, in this article, we use statistical analysis, such as global principal component analysis, regression analysis and time series analysis, etc..to investigate the death causes and influence factors and to predict the future development of U5MR and MMR. We do this in order to provide reasonable scientific basis for the control of U5MR and MMR.
