With the development of the science and technology, computer become very popular, so the net bar emerges as the time requires . But a lot of morol and behaviour questions crop up because of the youth go to the net bar. So many parents and teachers object to the students' going to net bar. This research is to discuss the reasons why the pupils like going to the net bar. And the investigatiot with papers is used in the research. The results are: (1)they are very curious and the computers are popular. (2)they aren' t interested in study. (3) they have no close friends in class and feel lonely. (4)the parents don' t allow their children to go there. (5) they can play computer games there. (6) the bosses of net bar don' t object to the pupils' going in from practice, althouth we have the rules of forbidding the under-agers to going in. So suggestions:The schools must beef up the guide of how to go to the net bar;and the school internet should be build up as quickly as possible;enrich the pupils' spare time;the teathers should try to improve the teaching methods, to increase the students' interests. The governments must control and master the internet bars very hardly. After all, the parents and teachers should encourage and guide pupils in a right way not just forbidding.
