This article investigated and analysed the universal existence questions of the current country Junior Chinese teaching. The reasons of producing questions and the ideas of solving problems. The question is the contry students are interested in Chinese, but their whole accomplishments of learning Chinese are low . The appearane of this kind of question is connected with comprehensine factors. They are that Chinese teaching fall behind social development, teaching theory is outmoded, the indllent continuity of examination and the teachers' quality of professional knowledge. At the sametime this article advanced new teaching material. Such as:1 Pour into new theories,walk towards new curriculum;2.Try to establish new type relation of teachers and students they are democracy hormonious and equality;3.Try to establish the classroom atmosphere of nespection and development;4. Expand the space of Chinese teaching ,lay stress on students practice activities. These practice laid a solid foundation in order to enstrengh quality education and improve the quality of Chinese teaching.
