It is exactly the inspiration of receiving " bottom line ethics " theory, I conbine this thought and university moral work not extricating oneself from a plight yet at present together, through proving repeatedly, have put forward two basic principles of university student's bottom line ethics (kind-heartedness, restrain oneself) and basic for norm in four item (respect life of, not honest, treat by others kindly , take good care of public property). In order to find out about contemporary university student's bottom line ethics quality current situation, I have chosen three universities in Liaoning Province, have carried on questionnaire investigation to 900 university students. The investigation result shows , the basic moral concepts of some university students are twisted, misplaced or put upside down , basic support of moral concept even is it appear and collapse to pay , has gone wrong at the basic criterion of conducting oneself. All these indicate some university students sure question stores in at the ethics quality of the bottom line. Reason that question appear these in many aspects, with overall to ignore moral is it have something to do to work, cause the basic moral education in fact to lack and have something to do with the strengthening of stage exam-oriented education of basic education. Because of this, I propose carrying on the ethics education of the bottom line to university students pointedly. Absorb and draw lessons from outstanding ethics thoughts of China and foreign countries; Regard the basic codes ofethic , such as " filial piety " and " sincere " ,etc. as the breakthrough point that university student's bottom line ethics educates; Regard activity , corporation , network ,etc. as and carry on the way that bottom line ethics educates university students; One that is to ethics institutionalized to carry on shallow to should it think to take. Thus make university students form noble morals sentiment on the basis of firm bottom line ethics , make great efforts to become what comrade Mao Zedong said: "A noble person, a pure person, a person having moral integrity, a person who breaks away from the low taste, a person helpful to people ".
