The effectiveness of moral education has been a problem that troubles school moral education. By theideas of traditional culture and moral perfection, the moral education of China’s one-sided pursue on themoral idealism education which requires students to set lofty moral ideals.This moral education aims toenhance the moral training of young people, and to promote its human nature to be sublimated.But becauseit is too idealistic, moral education of young people’s bottom line is relatively neglected, resulting in thedetachment of moral education and the lives of young people. Coupled with other factors, all kinds ofmoral anomie have appeared which is worthy of careful consideration by moral educators. To solve theseproblems, this paper presents the moral education of young people’s bottom line.Faith reflects the mankind’s ultimate value;it has a kind of significance of spiritual homefor people. Different from faith, moral of bottom line,as the foundational part of morality, isthe dividing line between legal and moral and is the foundation of a moral. It has four maincharacteristics which are universality, conditionality, reciprocity and basic and development.The education which associated with moral of bottom line is the moral education of bottomline.Statements about the existing problems of young people’s bottom line of morality aremade from the three angles which are teenagers relationships with others, social relationsand relations with the human and natural.Four main reasons resulted in the failure of youngpeople’s moral of bottom line. They are the misunderstandings existing in the schooleducation and family education, the impact of social anomie, the impact of traditional cultureand multicultural, and the incompleteness of the supervision of the incentive mechanism.Morals are effective. The moral education of bottom line is particularly important andnecessary. The moral education of bottom line contributes to a harmonious and orderlysociety,and are the practical needs of secondary school moral education.It can promoteindividual’s growth and development, and can also maintain the integrity of the moral itself.The content of the moral education of bottom line is based on Noddings’s care andeducation theory. As future builders of a harmonious society, young people should be virtuouswith the rapid economic development.They should learn how to care for themselves, how tocare for others, how to care for the community, and how to care for human beings and nature.As morals is the most basic code of ethics, and it is practical, so the moral education ofbottom line should return to life, particularly paying attention to the developing education. Aseries of rules and regulations of Morals and the assessment system should be established andeducators should make the best use of reward and punishment.Moral is stratified.Moraleducators should give moral education of bottom line, and should clarify the relationship ofthe lofty moral and Moral of bottom line, and then give stratified moral education based onbottom line moral.They should guide young people to establish lofty moral ideals andvalues, and to perfect their moral personality.
