Sino-japanese Education Management System Relevance Of The Inquiry,

In 21 century, it is the century that all over the world's education still carries forward. To go to future, each step on the one hand would summarize the problems and the characteristic of education in every countries, the other hand that is each country must analysis its educational experience and advantage. Based on this, the paper has selected the education administration system of Japan and China to study. This thesis mainly studies on a system of educational administration reform in Japan and in China. It has three parts. The first part concerns a brief account of Japan what is provided with the form of government and the development of nation. It is also to be concerned with a special topic on the education and administration system. The second part is the study about Chinese educational administration system, which has the historical evolution since the 80s in 20 century; present situation and the circumstances in future. The last part studies an important factor in using the experience and advantage of other countries'administration system of elementary and secondary education for reference.
