Power infiltrates widly to every corner of the society,the University is no exception.In this study three groups of power are selected:Party committees with principal power,executive power and academic power,colonel powers and faculty power.In the first group of power,Study found that due to lack of awareness,power and social view,the power of party committees overlap with the principal power,with duties unknown;mutual separation,with tension relationship;each regime,with Low efficiency,it was recommended that to establish clear responsibilities between them,the correct concept of the power of service as well as the distribution of power in the legal system.In the second group of power,the executive power is "generalization",academic power is "marginalized" and the distribution consequences is "vicious" and so on.The inevitable conflicts,the values of power has led to a serious problem of. Therefore,we must play the role of academic organizations,return to the status of academic power and integrate the two,with healthy functioning.In the third group of power,the typical question is:colonel power is everywhere,the hospital-grade power dominate partly,and minimal power line level,which reflects the major problems of China's University of the drawbacks of the management system,the power of the pursuit of power to induce,as well as the weaknesses of human nature to be exposed.Therefore,this study suggests that define the powers and responsibilities at all levels,to handle the relationship between leadership correctly, as well as double the power balance.In this study,analyzed easy-to-digest,such as from the system to the power then to human nature,at last made feasibility opinions and suggestions, this is the greatest innovation of this study lie.
