1. IntroductionToday in era of knowledge-driven economy, knowledge is not the forefathers' experience summarized, but the developing and changing content. One of the purposes of modern education is to bring up the self-regulated learners who like to study, not the passive study persons having high scores but poor ability. Self-regulated learning is the best footnote of educational way of "awarding people with fishing" that modern education recommended. This new study way really considers it study development need of people in the future. As one important means of education, P.E. has established the solid foundation for overall development talent with virtue, intelligently, body. With the constant development and deepening of the course reform of basic education, P.E. reform and development is also extremely urgent. To reform the traditional educational pattern, let students become the subject of P.E. study, to train the habit and ability of student's Self-regulated learning is the voice becoming higher and higher.2. Methodology.The methodology of documentation, questionnaire, and logical analysis are used in this dissertation.3. Results and Conclusion3.1 The study on Self-regulated learning is the focus which both at home and abroad scholars pay close attention to at present. They have launched studying in a large amount on the meaning, characteristic, influence factor of Self-regulated learning. In fact, the thoughts of Self-regulated learning existed in the ancient China and foreign countries. From making a general survey of forefathers' research, we find that they have roughly gone through three stages: 1.Bringing forward the thoughts of Self-regulated learning stage. 2. Preliminary experiment stage. 3. System research stage. P.E. Self-regulated learning has already begun; not only having the discussion of basic theory but also the pilot research, which has made certain achievement and offered reference for enriching the Self-regulated learning theoretical foundation and better development practice.3.2This paper thinks that P.E Self-regulated learning means students' self-regulation study during P.E. course. It is a study way of confirming the learning goal, choosing the learning method, controlling the learning process and assessing learning result by students themselves. There are inner and external factors which influence Self-regulated learning. Inner factor includes Self-efficiency, studying goal, attribution, cognition, emotion, experience, etc. The external factor includes school education, family and the society, etc.3.3This paper has investigated the current situation of middle school students' Self-regulated learning, and analyzed the investigation result exhaustively. Analyzing from the investigation result of student's questionnaire, the initiative of student's P.E. study is scarce at present, and less likely to have plans. On the course content, the students don't want teachers give rigid index, but inclining to be free to arrange time by themselves. Analyzing from the investigation result of teacher's questionnaire I, it is coincidental basically that teacher's evaluation on student's P.E. Self-regulated learning and the student's questionnaire result. Analyzing from the investigation result of teacher's questionnaire II, most teacher can carry out course reform spirit, set up the classroom instruction mode that the students are the body and the teacher are the leader studying. This classroom instruction mode can adopt many kinds of content of courses, means, method and form, strengthen the enthusiasm of student's physical training, train student's lifetime P.E. consciousness from students' interest.3.4The teaching tactics of P.E. Self-regulated learning is focal points of this paper. We elaborated the teaching tactics that strengthening student self- efficiency sense, goal setting up, control oneself, method choosing, cognitive of P.E.
