| From the point of view of implementing the strategy for the development of education, this thesis expatiates on the inner relationship between implementing the strategies for the agricultural modernization and that of educational modernization in agricultural cultivation regions in Heilongjiang Province. Having in mind the relationships among taking the lead in realizing agricultural modernization, the short- age of high-ranking talented personnel and the development on education in agricultural cultivation regions, by means of analyzing the actual condition, potential and tactic aim for implementing the educational modernization in the agricultural cultivation regions, this thesis unveils the special preponderance and aiming strategy as to implementing the educational modernization in the agricultural cultivation regions, also with respect to theoretical innovation, systematic inauguration and pioneering module. this article tries seeking new methods and strategies for implementing the engineering of educational modernization in their regions so as to offer decision makers with educational system a reference. |
