The improvement of basic education class is challenging the subject evaluation custom which takes exams as amain method . The idea of the new lesson demands that the teacher should change the old estimate into estimating the students' study development. The practical Chinese education lays too much stress on the results and the aim of estimate . The principal part of the estimate is too unitary and the method isold-fashioned so it works a little .The development estimate attaches importance to multielementy , globality , process and the variation of individuals . It estimates according to integrity and development and it demands variation in the principal part , the content and the methods of estimate to show sufficiently the function of feedback , the function of encouragement and the function of recording adolescence.
