With the developing of the society, leisure-education has been put forward in elementary education. School-based curriculum reformation is a noticeable characteristics and an important developing direction in the basic education curriculum reformation. That is because the two aspects can reflect the essence request of our making-education development—the thought of "individual development view" and "principal development view". This article has not only cleared up the theory of leisure-education and school-based curriculum exploitation and practice deduction, it has also anatomized the two successful paradigms of leisure-education, which is based on the school-based curriculum, through logical and analytic demonstration. It's concluded that the characteristics of leisure-education are consistent with the advantages of school-based curriculum, liveliness, openness, and priority human being. It has even probed into a new task-the relationship between leisure-education and school-based curriculum development and has given some constructive suggestions. We hope the school-based curriculum development could impel the functions of the leisure education on exploiting the educational function, view conversion of educational practice activities and realizing the new transform of educational lifestyle. Contemporarily we hope the leisure education can bring new chances and challenges to school-based curriculum development. That is, we are not only initiating science knowledge but the knowledge and skills of leisure. Thereby, it can input new blood and potency to school-based curriculum development. We hope to upgrade the quality of leisure life now and in the future, and cultivate them to have the ability to scheme out their own leisure life by school-based curriculum, which infiltrates leisure education.
