Research On The Relationship Between Leisure Sports Participation And Leisure Constraints

With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of economic level,people's demand for material life style is getting higher and higher.The material life is extremely rich in the modern society,more and more people from the life and work under the dual pressure to get out,to participate in leisure activities to get happy and healthy.Teachers are the representatives of intellectuals,but also a valuable asset of the national education.According to previous studies,the health status of teachers is not optimistic,especially the performance of secondary school teachers is more prominent.Therefore,it is the best choice for teachers to participate in leisure sports to relieve stress and prevent disease.In this paper,the use of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,Yanbian city middle school teachers to participate in leisure sports and leisure constraints of the relationship between research.Through the analysis of the factors between the variables,the strong correlation factors are summarized,integrated,and ultimately constitute the basic framework.On this basis,urban middle school teachers' Leisure Sports in Yanbian to participate in the survey data and leisure constraints to verify the structural model of effective difference analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods.This paper draws the following conclusions:to participate in the leisure sports,gender,nationality,age,educational background,professional title and marital status of teachers in leisure sports in the choice of time,frequency,duration,consumption has significant difference in different degree.In terms of leisure constraints,there is no significant difference in the leisure constraints of urban middle school teachers in Yanbian.Again,to participate in the leisure sports have positive correlation with the psychological factors of correlation analysis and regression analysis and leisure constraints found in leisure sports in time,there are negative correlation between the length of time to participate in leisure sports and psychological constraints and structural constraints,with mutual prediction effect,urban middle school teachers'Leisure Sports in Yanbian area in the relationship between interaction and leisure constraints.This paper suggests that the government should pay enough attention to the participation of teachers 'groups in recreational sports and reduce the burden of teachers' groups.The market should also provide more convenience for leisure and sports activities.
