With the form of the society in which people like learning and the lifelong education which has penetrated into people's minds, more and more grown-ups have taken part in the adult higher education. And at present, most of the educators who engage in the adult education or people who are educated only pay attention to mastering knowledge and skill which are rapidly used in their work and in the society. They pay attention to the ideological political education less. As view of world, view of life and view of value of adult students have formed, their consciousness of the mainparts is strong. The traditional model of the ideological political education hasn't been fit for the present situation. It is necessary at present how to give fully free rein to adult superiority to more adult students to receive the ideological political moral character and behavior which are needed by the society and how to do well in the study of adult ideological political education.So we should constitute the system of the lifelong education the system of the lifelong education and realize the reality which is people's liking learning for giving fully free rein to their own initiative of all mainparts and changing the mode of thinking. In the process of the ideological political education and the process of forming ideological political moral character, the mainpart of adult ideological political education should go back to the society, and the office organ of adult education (standing for the government) and schools (including training organs and clubs of the adult education and so on), educaters of adult ideological political education and numberous educated people all are the mainparts of adult ideological political education. Education materials, including education contents and education environment belong to objects. In the article we have studied characteristics of all the mainparts of ideological political education and relations between them, and pointed out the relations which are the mainparts. So we have had a primary thought of working out a model of adult ideological political education of the mainparts, expounded the importance and necessity of the model and raised the rule and way of the model.
