The research in the school-based in -service education involves many aspects. A great many researchers have achieved a lot in this field in their articles, neglecting the special characteristics of the school-based in-service education in city high schools. Based on the query investigation in two city middle schools, the author's opinions are expounded in this thesis about problems of teachers' training: lack of initiative in trainees' attitudes, ignoring teachers as the principle part in contents, tedious forms of activities and administration without a scientific and systematic evaluation and about solutions to effective training of contents, forms of operation and management. |
