To achieve the "curriculum standards" goals, reflecting the physical value of physical education courses, effective physical education, physical education teachers are essential prerequisites and conditions,effective physical education requires qualified physical education teachers. According to statistics, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, primary school physical education teachers, part-time physical education teachers as high as 50% or more. On the one hand, a high proportion of part-time physical education teachers exist; on the other hand, the Taizhou Personnel System has not yet fully solved the full-time PE teacher's rationing. Obviously, Taizhou primary school part-time physical education teachers can not meet the requirements of physical education. In this context, to strengthen the training of part-time physical education teachers, so that it can adapt to the requirements of primary school physical education as soon as possible, is to solve the shortage of physical education teachers to ensure the quality of effective teaching methods.In this study, the adaptability of part-time PE teachers in Taizhou City was studied by using literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics.First, through the study of "Jiangsu Province compulsory education stage sports health curriculum implementation plan" and "Jiangsu Province physical education teacher vocational skills standards" and other documents, summed up the basic requirements of physical education teaching, in the form of questionnaires to Taizhou City part-time physical education teachers The paper analyzes the actual situation of PE teaching in Taizhou City, and finds out the gap between the secondary vocational school teachers and the requirements of physical education teaching and finds out the incompatibility between the physical education teaching and the basic requirements of physical education The Second, based on the first adaptability, analysis of the existing Taizhou training documents, the South Normal University training program to study how to make Taizhou City part-time physical education teachers to adapt to the requirements of physical education, how to Taizhou City, part-time physical education teachers this special Group training, how to make training and Taizhou primary school part-time physical education teachers effective docking, so that the training program to adapt to the actual situation of part-time physical education teachers, how to make the best use of training to Taizhou primary school part-time physical education teachers to grow fast, is the second to be resolved Adaptability issues.The results show that there are great shortcomings in the teaching of physical education, the implementation of physical education, the extracurricular management ability, the professional knowledge and skills, and the basic requirements of PE teaching are quite different. Taizhou City, part-time physical education teachers, the status of physical education can not meet the basic requirements of physical education,can not meet the requirements of curriculum reform. Taizhou City part-time physical education teachers in the professional quality of physical education is not strong, need to train to improve their classroom teaching ability, enhance the professional quality level to adapt to the physical education work.In order to make the part-time physical education teachers be able to meet the requirements of physical education, we must have the basic knowledge, skills and ability to teach "sports and health curriculum". This article takes the "Sports and Health Curriculum Standard" and "Jiangsu Province Sports and Health Course Implementation Plan" And design basis,to the normative, scientific, targeted as the goal, and ultimately to part-time physical education teachers to achieve four, that is,"will do - demonstration" ,"will speak - explain", "write - class plan", " Teaching,teaching and learning, and combined with the actual situation of primary school teachers in Taizhou City, from the training concept, training objectives, training content, training methods, training evaluation, the development of adaptive training program. So that the training program closely part-time physical education teachers,through training to make part-time physical education teachers to improve their physical education teaching ability, faster and better adapt to the actual physical education,improve the quality of physical education.
