Ethnography was adopted in this study, which involves observing in the field and talking with the teachers and children. The process, feature, function and cause analysis were put into practise in the research about the dominance-obedience behavior among children. As to the process study, prosocial strategies (popular among children from 4 to 6),ordinary strategies, and coercive strategies were presented as the main tactics for children's dominance. In the feature study, classification was adopted. The behavior was classified into movable or immovable model on interactive channel base and parallel or imparallel on the children status base.As to the cause study, three core factors —power, resources and individual characteristic were considered crucial, besides other internal and external elements. The function of the dominance-obedience behavior included direct influence in view of behavoir motive, and indirect influence in view of long-term impact. The Introspection of the kindergarten education and self-examination of this research ended the thesis.
