Under the sports commercialized background, gymnastics sports are impacted by economic .So gymnastics project industrialized development lags behind seriously ,gymnastics lose market of development and developing motive force .All these are the questions to perplex the development of gymnastics . These cruxes display in the gymnastic team of every province, city and area ,only by solving these problems can it make gymnastics sports have considerable development, take the sustainable development path.This research starts with investigating the current situation of the development of Hebei gymnastics.We adopted many laws during the research.For example,the law of documents and materials , special such methods as the law of illegal , ordinary questionnaire , etc.We surveyed the training current situation of our amateurish gymnastic team of our province ,such six districts and cities as the gymnastic team and Shi Jiazhuang , Tangshan , Baoding etc. The content that we investigated includes the following several respects. The number of athlete, the coach's situations of teachers, the basic situation of the referees and the place facilities. In the article, I analysed the restricting factor of gymnastic's development of Hebei and the question existing in the course of development.Through the investigate we can have a result that the gymnastics spare time of our province to train and center in such areas as Shi Jiazhuang , Tangshan , Baoding ,etc.The reserve talent of gymnastics is lack. The development situation of the gymnastics allows of no optimist. So the knowledge structure of the coach of our province needs to perfect further, echelon's construction needs strengthening. In addition ,the gymnastics comprehensive strength in our province still remains to strengthen. Come to perfect and develop gymnastics from one's own inside.In order to improve the development of gymnastics ,we must strengthen the development and construction of gymnastics item in my province.In the research ,we can offer the basis of theory about the gymnastics' development.Under the guide of it, the development of gymnastics will can adapt well to the conditions of the society.And the level of our gymnastics will be improved.So we can contribute our effort to "the plan of winning honour in Olympic Games" of our country.
