Teacher's teaching efficacy reflects the extent to which teachers believe that theycan affect student learning. It is the kernel status in the teacher's education idea.Studies have shown, Teacher's teaching efficacy is the important influence factor ofstudent's school grade, it have close relations with the teacher teaching behavior andteaching result. Physical education is the important content of the quality-orientededucation, and a quality-oriented education important means, it is undertaking toimprove students' physical making, strengthens student's physical fitness, promote thestudent's physical and psychological health. At present, The implementation of newPhysical education course standard, Physical education teaching faces reforming in anall-round way, which have high request to P.E teacher's quality, require P.E teacherchange the educational idea, and realize that is transformed to " expert teacher " bythe " empirical teacher ", But the inherent mechanism of this kind of transformation, avery important respect of which lies in the improvement of P.E Teacher's efficacy.The present study on P.E teacher's efficacy is still quite scarce, it have not causedenough attention of the sports and P.E psychologist of our country. In order toimprove sports teachers' quality and P.E teaching result, promote the constantdevelopment of P.E teaching reform, it is necessary to study physical educationteacher's teaching efficacy.This research aims at passing to investigate the middle school P.E teacher'steaching efficacy of Shan dong province and the correlated factors, probe into thepresent characteristic and developmental rule of middle school P.E teacher's teachingefficacy, and the concrete influence of relevant factor, hope to enrich the research ofP.E teacher's teaching efficacy sense in theory, which to offer the theory and practicebasis for P.E teacher's cultivation, administration and the improvement of the P.Eteaching quality, in order to offer certain reference for P.E reform and development.By dividing layers of sampling method, The research get a middle school P.Eteacher sample from Shan dong province at random, adopts the method ofquestionnaire investigation, combining the case interview and conversation. Thisresearch main research tools are Teacher Efficacy scale, P.E teaching attributionquestionnaire and school environmental questionnaire, whether, adopts 12.0 spss forwindow to statistic the date after obtaining investigation result, and draw thefollowing main result of study:...
