Students focus on the core literacy essential character and key ability,teachers' personality traits are important factors affecting the formation of students' character and ability,Teaching and Learning the International Survey(TALIS)will teaching self-efficacy is the most important variable to study,the teaching way of attribution is an important performance of teachers' personality traits,and the dynamic factors affecting teaching self-efficacy of high and low.Thus,this study was to understand the personality traits of teachers,teaching way of attribution and self-efficacy of teaching on the basis of the basic conditions on the complicated relationship between variables,and then discusses the teaching way of attribution between teachers' personality and teaching self-efficacy impact.This article selects 18 schools,485 primary and secondary school teachers in Shanxi Province as the research object,adopts the method of questionnaire survey on teaching way of attribution,teachers' personality traits and the relationship between the teaching self-efficacy research,data analysis,draws the following conclusions:1.The overall teaching effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers is in good condition.Among them,the sense of personal efficacy is significantly higher than that of general teaching efficacy;Teachers main tendency in the success or failure of the teaching activities for internal control attribution,namely abilities,efforts,emotional state,the second is the external control attribution,namely,students and textbooks,others help,luck;The teachers of education post generally showed good personality traits,among which,there was a higher score for human nature,conscientiousness,openness and extroversion,and lower neuroticism scores.2.The teaching efficacy is positively correlated with the internal control attribution of the success or failure of teaching,which is negatively correlated with the external control of thesuccess or failure of teaching;The sense of personal teaching efficacy is positively correlated with the internal and external control attribution of success or failure.The general teaching efficacy is positively correlated with the internal control attribution of teaching success,and is negatively correlated with the external control of teaching success and the internal and external control of teaching failure.3.There is a significant positive correlation between teaching efficacy and teachers' personality,conscientiousness,openness and extraversion,which is negatively correlated with neuroticism.The general teaching efficacy is positively related to the human nature,conscientiousness,openness and extraversion,which is negatively correlated with neuroticism.The sense of personal teaching efficacy is positively correlated with the appropriate human nature,conscientiousness,openness and extraversion,which is negatively correlated with neuroticism.4.The internal control attribution of teaching success is significantly positively correlated with the characteristics of teachers' personality,conscientiousness,openness and extraversion,which is negatively correlated with neuroticism.The external control attribution and personality traits are positively correlated with each other.The internal control attribution of teaching failure is positively correlated with the appropriate human nature,conscientiousness and openness,which is negatively correlated with neuroticism and extroversion.There is a significant positive correlation between the external control attribution and the personality traits.5.Regression analysis,the results showed that the teaching way of attribution of teaching successful internal control and external control and failure of internal control to the teachers' teaching self-efficacy have prediction effect,teachers' personality traits of conscientiousness,extraversion and neuroticism dimension of teacher's teaching self-efficacy have prediction effect,teachers' personality traits of conscientiousness,agreeableness,extraversion and neuroticism has forecast effect to the teaching way of attribution.6.Teachers' personality traits directly affect teaching self-efficacy,attribution of teaching way has a direct impact on teacher's teaching self-efficacy,attribution and teaching way in therelationship between teachers' personality and teaching self-efficacy in regulating effect,and the adjusting effect is remarkable,conscientiousness except.
