Based on the survey data of the primary and middle school teachers in Tibetan Autonomous Region,this paper studies the two core concepts:teaching efficacy and sense of teaching efficacy.This study mainly uses questionnaire method to analyze 540 cases in the sample,and combines with interview data to interpret the statistical results.In this research,teaching efficacy is defined as the objective and actual effect achieved by teachers in the process of teaching,and the sense of teaching efficacy is defined as the subjective perception of teaching efficacy in the process of teaching.The main content of this study includesthe description of the level of the teaching efficacy and the sense of teaching efficacy,the factors which influences the level of the teaching efficacy and the sense of teaching efficacy,and how the teaching efficacy and the sense of teaching efficacy impact the teachers' development.The core content of the paper is divided into three chapters.The fourth chapter analyzes the overall level of teachers' teaching efficacy and sense of teaching efficacy,and finds that both of them are at a high level in the sample.The fifth chapter further analyzes the differences of the two variants in different groups,and finds that different groups have significant differences in different dimensions of teaching efficacy and sense teaching efficacy.In the fifth chapter,the paper use regression model to analyse the influencing factors of teaching efficacy and sense of teaching efficacy.Regression model shows that the factors such as holding a certain position and having a bachelor's degree have a significant impact on teaching efficacy and sense teaching efficacy Finally,this study analyzes the influence of teaching efficacy and sense of teaching efficacy on career satisfaction and occupational stress,and finds that higher teaching efficacy and sense of teaching efficacy means higher career satisfaction,but also means greater work pressure.Based on the above analysis,this study puts forward three policy suggestions for teachers' teaching efficacy and sense of teaching efficacy First of all,we should pay attention to teachers' teaching efficacy and sense of teaching efficacy,establish monitoring mechanism,keep an eye on the level of teachers' teaching efficacy and sense of teaching efficacy;secondly,in policy intervention on teaching efficacy and sense teaching efficacy,we should distinguish different dimensions,and target on the weak dimensions of teaching efficacy and sense of teaching efficacy Finally,it is necessary to distinguish the differences of teaching efficacy and sense of teaching efficacy among teachers with different teaching years,different professional titles and different educational levels,and put forward corresponding policies according to the characteristics of different groups.
