At present, China promote vigorously the development of education informatization construction, in recent years, the national primary and secondary schools carry out various teaching activities or training to improve teachers’ information technology teaching ability to adapt to today’s multimedia teaching environment, the national education curriculum reform not only changed the teaching mode, teachers also have an effect on teachers’ psychology. In the multimedia teaching environment, the status quo of teachers’ psychology? This paper selected the teachers teaching self-efficacy of the psychological factors in present situation investigation and study, this study based on the predecessors’ study definition for teachers teaching self-efficacy in individual and environment interact multimedia teaching to their teaching ability and teaching effect of subjective evaluation, judgment, confidence and belief. This paper with three yuan interaction theory and self-efficacy theory as the theoretical basis, focus on one yinchuan city primary school teachers as the research object, combining previous research literature designed questionnaire, and by using SPSS statistical tools for data analysis, to explore a multimedia teaching environment YinChuan city key primary school teachers’ teaching self-efficacy status quo.The results showed that a YinChuan city elementary interactive electronic whiteboard classroom teaching environment, and the frequency of the teachers use multimedia courseware is very high. Overall high self-efficacy of teachers’ teaching, and teachers’ cognitive self-efficacy, self-efficacy of teachers design, teachers’ self-efficacy, self-efficacy of teacher development teaching self-efficacy is also high on the four dimensions; Teachers of different ages in the teachers’ cognitive strategy self-efficacy and teachers self-efficacy has significant difference on two dimensions; Different teaching experience of primary school teachers in the teachers’ cognitive self-efficacy, self-efficacy of teachers self-efficacy of strategy and development of three dimensions have significant difference, and has significant difference in total teaching self-efficacy; But one yinchuan city key primary school teachers teaching self-efficacy in gender, whether normal universities graduation, professor subjects showed no significant difference on the three factors.This paper on the basis of this conclusion expounds the importance of maintaining high teaching self-efficacy, and from these two aspects of teacher’s personal level and the school management self-efficacy put forward reasonable Suggestions on how to improve teachers’ teaching, the teachers to adapt multimedia teaching environment, maintain a high teaching self-efficacy, and can make full use of multimedia teaching environment to improve the teaching quality, promote teachers’ personal development.
