The existence of "helper" is a common phenomina in Chinese kidgarten. It is an unnormal society role produced by teacher, these helping behaviors have two essential factors : ① the object of these behaviors overstepped the usual hope of the society, however it happened naturally in the mutual action between teacher and kids, or between kids and kids . ② these helping behaviors are not directed to the development of the kids, and not profitable to the others , but to the satisfaction of teacher' wishes.The phenomina has such characters as follows: teachers as an leading role produced these helping behavior ; object-oriented helping behaviors happened frequently than person-oriented behaviors ; they also happened frequently in transition actions and life actions ; with these behaviors , kids are ususally positive and teacher are usually neutral . by the background and theme of the behaviors , we got four type of behavior such as: "teacher - helper" helping behaviors, "teacher -helper - other kids " helping behaviors ; " helper-teacher "helping behaviors and "helper - other kids ...teacher" helping behaviors.The objective needs of teachers during the job and the subjective needs of kid led to its emergence and continuous existence. It has the positive functions such as : relieving the teacher's pressure ; developing the consciousness of responsibility , the ability of working , social communication and organization. Meanwhile, it has the negative effects such as : multiplying the consciousness of privilege, splitting up the groups in class and resulting in the exchange of power .The essence of the phenomina of helper is the osmosising process of social communication rule of " everyday authority" from the adult world to child world . the children by taking and practicing the role of "helper " innated some social value and standards part of which were accepted by children's own group .Its power chain from teacher to helper and from helper to other children embodied how culture to design the individual in china —— an individual was defined by the others he contacted.
