| The development of pro-social behavior is very important for young children.4-5 years old is a critical period for cultivating children’s pro-social behavior.Teachers should actively guide them.In the existing research,there are problems such as inaccurate positioning of children’s pro-social behavior and unreasonable implementation.In addition,the cultivation of pro-social behavior mostly uses games or cartoons as the material for intervention research,and there is less intervention using picture books,which also leads to a relatively simple intervention material to improve children’s pro-social behavior.Therefore,this study will use picture books as a medium to implement picture book teaching to cultivate the pro-social behavior of middle-class pro-social behavior of middle-class children.However,in the past,most of the picture book teaching was only organized by teachers for collective reading.The teaching form was simple and boring and the implementation process was incomplete.There was a lack of extension and reflection,and there was no complete and easy-to-implement picture book teaching plan.In view of this,this study will focus on the extension and reflection part of picture book teaching,and strive to form a systematic,effective and operable picture book teaching model.This study focuses on the action research method,takes the reading therapy theory and social learning theory as the theoretical basis,and combines the age development characteristics of the middle-class children.A total of 12 picture books have been screened.With the picture book story as the teaching content,5 children were selected from the first class of the S kindergarten as the research object,and the research was formed with Body,with the use of observation and interview methods,carry out the action research of picture book teaching on the pro-social behavior of middle-class children in practical actions.The action research is divided into two rounds,each of which lasts one month,and the four themes are cooperation,help,sharing and re cooperation,help,sharing and comfort.Each action study starts from the aspects of educational goals,educational content,implementation of practical activities,etc.,designs the activity plan,highlights the extension and reflection part of picture book teaching,takes planning,action,observation and reflection as steps to form a spiral development process,and then obtain relevant conclusions.The study found that the pro-social behavior of young children was improved through the picture book teaching scheme designed by researchers.It is reflected in the increase in the frequency of four types of pro-social behaviors(cooperation,helping others,sharing and comfort)in young children.At the same time,picture book teaching helps children form a positive value concept and provides children with correct behavior demonstration,which also improves the professional growth of teachers.Combined with the research results,specific plans and suggestions for picture book teaching are put forward.The picture book teaching program is divided into five parts.First,determine the theme and clarify the direction;Second,introduce the situation and guide thinking;Third,sort out the framework thinking;Third,sort out the framework and refine the links;Fourth,share and communicate,and display the works;Fifth,summarize and reflect,and improve teaching.The proposal is divided into two aspects:teachers and kindergartens.It is suggested that teachers: first,we should fully learn theoretical knowledge and improve our own teaching ability;second,we should pay attention to teaching by word and set a good example for children;third,we should redefine our own role and pay attention to the value of picture books;fourth,we should provide a variety of resources and create a good picture book teaching environment;fifth,we Children’s "Recent Development Zone".It is suggested that kindergartens: first,we should provide more extended platforms for picture book teaching;second,we should strengthen the teaching and research activities of kindergarten picture book teaching and pro-social behavior education. |
