The ability to observe and support children’s behavior is an important part of a teacher’s professional competence and a necessary core quality for a teacher.However,existing studies have shown that kindergarten teachers’ ability to observe and support children’s behavior is still insufficient,and their ability to observe and support children’s behavior needs to be improved.Based on this,this study starts from the four aspects of teachers’ observation and support of children’s behavior: clear goal,observation record,analysis,interpretation and support strategy,and starts from the construction of children’s cooperative behavior in games to carry out action research on teachers’ ability to observe and support children’s cooperative behavior.The details are as follows: Firstly,taking 12 teachers in the middle and senior class of X Kindergarten as the research objects,through collecting 36 observation records,interviews of6 teachers in the main class and related materials of kindergarten research,the existing problems in the process of kindergarten teachers observing and supporting children’s cooperative behavior are focused on: The observation perspective is "deviated",the recorded content is not targeted,the analysis and interpretation are only formal,the supporting strategy is scattered and there is no direction.The cause analysis shows that it is mainly caused by the lack of teachers’ knowledge reserve and the lack of effective support for teachers’ practice.Therefore,the supporting strategy is proposed: to construct a community of teachers’ practice,to define goals under the guidance of experts,to solve the problems of teachers’ knowledge learning and practice through expert lectures and collective discussion,and to improve teachers’ ability to observe and support children’s cooperative behavior.Secondly,conduct action research on teachers’ ability to observe and support children’s cooperative behavior.The first round of action research mainly provides comprehensive support based on existing problems;The second round of action research is mainly to optimize the lack of knowledge learning and observation record.The third round of action research focuses on the "support strategy" for further improvement.Finally,the conclusion of this study and optimization suggestions are drawn: the development of teachers’ ability to observe and support children’s cooperative behavior has stage characteristics,and its improvement is influenced by personal factors and external environment.Based on this,optimization suggestions are put forward:(1)The construction of teacher practice community provides direction for teacher ability improvement;(2)Expert lectures are an important way to strengthen teachers’ cognition;(3)Collective teaching and research is an important pillar to stimulate teachers’ emotions;(4)Reflection consciousness is the inexhaustible source of enhancing teachers’ attitude.
