Help seeking is a kind of behavior strategy to solve the plight of children in real social situations. In this particular environment of kindergarten, the teacher's help is one of the common ways to solve the problem,and sometimes the kindergarten teachers may ignore or do not use inappropriate means to respond to the children help."The kindergarten teachers' professional standers" this paper cattle requires teachers to individual differences,take the initiative to understand and meet the different needs is beneficial to the physical and mental development. Therefore,preschool teachers should promote the development of children help seeking behavior,so as to establish a good relationship between teachers and children,and create a harmonious environment for children.This paper mainly adopts the qualitative research method, 160 teachers to collect and help children aged 3?6 in response to different dimensions of strategy division.In order to observe the interaction between children and teachers,the paper analyzes the strategies of children help seeking behavior.Therefore,the researchers went to the kindergarten,selected two kindergartens in the six teachers as the observation object,the use of natural observation method to collect teachers to response to the children helping behavior. And descriptive record of the results,and then the collected date according to the different dimensions of encoding analysis help seeking behavior frequency, characteristics and results,influence of different teachers' response to children education,and finally puts forward the corresponding suggestions.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of teachers' response to the use of children seeking help behavior strategies,draw the following conclusions:First,according to the analysis of the date of the teacher's response strategies includes seven kinds as follows:heuristic response strategy, instruction response strategy,instead of response strategies,praise to encourage response strategies,negative response strategy,comfort response strategies,ignore response strategy.Secondly,research found that differences in different response strategies used in the large garden of teachers,the use of public kindergarten teachers in the young have more positive response strategies.The main purpose of the teachers to use the response strategy is to help children solve the current problems,the response strategy is obviously insufficient.Finally,from the form of the teacher's response strategy,its flexibility is strong,easy to be affected by many factors and the corresponding changes.From the content of the teacher's response strategy,the number of reflection is not profound.
