Each student has his or her own interests and advantages of study in different aspects. Assignment, the important part of teaching process, under the situation of that "Teaching in accordance with aptitude" is not fully fulfilled, can be effectively tested through "Teaching in accordance with students", that is, assignment can focus on diversity of learners and pay close attention to students as principal part of studying process, so that assignment can be one of the developing points of students. Assignment can help students to improve their independence and it is also very convenient for teachers to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Concerned with the design of assignment stratification, including its arrangement, correction and direction, this text, based on the fact of differences in physics study and the research of Theories on Psychology and Pedagogy, Theory of Multi-intelligence and Thoery of Human-centred Thinking, tries to find a new cutting and joint point between the "stratificative class" and "constructive knowledge" and a best approach to take the place of the traditional "sea of exercises", which can make every student achieve great success and develop their interest and ability of learning on physics.
