This thesis mainly uses action research method,interview method and observation method.Starts from the common problems of the fourth grade primary school composition,such as: lack of language,confusion of ideas,inappropriate expression,unclear center,and not specific content.Analyze the reasons of composition problems,we can know that the school teaching,the students' individual differences and family environment for students learning will have a greater impact.In order to solve these problems,this thesis focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of the grade four students,and with reference to the MBTI index,the thesis studies the personality factors of the students of grade four and the influence on the composition of the students.On the basis of the relevant theories,this thesis puts forward the teaching plan of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" in grade four.In view of shortcoming of the traditional writing teaching process,this paper starts from the analysis of the curriculum standards and the requirements of the teaching materials of each year,according to the individual differences of grade four students.In the three parts of pre-class,during class,and after-class period,the author gives students full play to their own advantages,and actively learn knowledge,improve their ability.At the same time,according to the shortage of students' personality,help students to use the skills of breakthrough writing bottleneck,effectively improve the observation,thinking,communication and cooperation ability,to improve the writing level,to achieve " education is not to teach " the purpose...
