The new round Chinese curriculum reform pays more attention to the students personality development. In the Primary Project Chinese Teaching, teachers to use the education thought of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude, and to create favorable conditions as much as possible. According to fully respect each pupils personality characteristics, to choose the right means of project on the basis of project teaching goal. To make the pupils can strengthen the consciousness of assignments according to its own characteristics, to accumulate project material, to write articles which has its own unique personality. Both pupils become an person of comprehensive development, rich individuality and time request adaption is the composition of primary school language teaching requirements, but also the requirement of socialist modernization.Combining with domestic and foreign research status related to their aptitude education thought, using the method of literature research, survey method, practice method, summarize the theoretical significance and realistic significance according to their aptitude in the current primary school assignments teaching. Meanwhile, the concept of their aptitude education and its status in Chinese language teaching is discussed in this paper, clear in the primary school teaching in the teaching significance. And devise the elementary student questionnaire and teacher interview to analyze the application of their aptitude present situation in elementary project teaching, and detailed introduction its advantage and disadvantage. The advantage lies in:Elementary school enhances unceasing attention to the students according to their aptitude degree, the strength of application according to their aptitude is increased in the project teaching.According to their aptitude to promote teachers personalized teaching is highlighted.Mainly deficiencies reflected in: the pupils project preparation stage targeted guide is not strong enough and does not pay attention to the cultivation of pupils’ project consciousness and material accumulation ability, it is not obvious in the guide on the project of project teaching, ignore their thoughts and the difference between writing ability, pupils’ school assignments’ modification and evaluation is lack of uniqueness, the single and modeled evaluation is dominant. In view of its deficiency, according to their aptitude in the teaching of primary projecting teaching school,according to their aptitude’ relevant theories as the guidance, according to the new requirements in the current Chinese curriculum reform and the existing primary school assignments teaching environment and to combine with the existing experience, put forward to the rational use of individualized in primary school composition teaching strategies. Focus on primary school assignments before the targeted guidance, pay attention to the elementary student’s diversity inthe process of project, attaches great importance to personalized modification and evaluation after the projecting, in order to provide guidance for teachers in the process of concrete practice.Therefore, if you want to make the according to their aptitude can really play its function in the elementary projecting teaching school, each line of the Chinese teaching’s practice and effort is also needed.
