Teaching model is a medium when the teaching theories are applied into practice. One aspect of teaching reforms is to improve teaching models. Firstly, we bring in and introduce all kinds of teaching models from foreign countries. Then we explore and summarize some teaching models in the practice of teaching. The most important thing is to research the teaching models that fit in with our teaching activities. The tendency of the development is to develop various teaching models, from inductive model to deductive model, from teaching core to learning core. In the teaching process of maths, I applied "five links" teaching model: intensive teaching, explore, self-analysis, feedback, and doubt.By using this model, we are easy to establish a democratic atmosphere and an equal relationship between the teacher and the students. It is easy to think over teaching and improve the transfer of knowledge, to transfer the concept and then to carry out the qualified education. This research concerns with the theoretical basis and the teaching principles of the teaching model mentioned above. This model can improve the students' mathematical qualities, the abilities of the mode of thinking, the consciousness of innovation and the abilities of practice. The results of the experiment show: this model can intensify the students' interest in maths. So it can improve the students' abilities of self-study and thus improve their mathematical qualities. This model will lay a good foundation for students' continuous development.
