Feedback is a means of understanding the teaching effect. it is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude essential step. The traditional view is that the teachers’ feedback: the sooner, the better the effect of learning. However in recent years, studies have shown:In learning technical movements at different stages different feedback timing of its feedback effect is different. The feedback teaching method in teaching both at home and abroad in the field of widely used, is a kind of effective teaching methods. The Bodybuilding teaching through teacher explanation, demonstration and student imitation, exercises to complete. And in this process, students’ thinking with the body parts being played. In bodybuilding sports skill learning, teachers’ feedback information plays a very important role, it can make the students to find and correct the error action, establish the correct action reference, improve the efficiency of learning. In fitness and bodybuilding teaching at different stages with different feedback opportunity can effectively improve the aerobics teaching effect. For improving the quality of teaching, action master firm also has an important role in.In this paper the technical movement of Bodybuilding Course Teaching as an example, through to the Xi’an Physical Education University agency system level 2009 professional bodybuilding students’ fitness and bodybuilding technique teaching for a semester of experiment. In the course of the study, using the control theory, system theory, information theory, psychology and other related theories, using the literature material law, mathematical statistics, expert interview, questionnaire, teaching experiment method, finally to teaching experiment data statistics and analysis. Feedback opportunity teaching method performance and bodybuilding teaching theoretical and practical aspects of statistical analysis, we found that:the feedback effect of different periods in the teaching process is not the same.In 1, learning technical movements in the initial stage of bodybuilding, instant feedback efficiency is superior to delayed feedback; In 2, studying bodybuilding technology skilled stage, appropriate delay feedback effect is superior to the immediate feedback on the effectiveness of.In 3, learning technical movements in the initial stage of bodybuilding, teachers provide immediate feedback, learning technical movements in bodybuilding training stages, teachers with delayed feedback. These feedback opportunity teaching method feedback performances than pure instant feedback and delayed feedback, And the ability to improve students’ technical level and athletic ability to develop students’ thinking, to develop their self-confidence, and the last teachers to learn more knowledge in a short period of teaching real number, to improve students’ test results and technical evaluation of the results.In4, Bodybuilding technology in action teaching, feedback opportunity teaching method control theory, system theory, information theory, the role of the dominant of the subjectivity of students and teachers can be fully expressed and fully active teaching atmosphere conducive to bodybuilding classroom the control of the teaching. In5, immediate feedback facilitates the acquisition of skill performance in the stage but not conducive to the maintenance of skills; delayed feedback facilitates bodybuilding sports skills to maintain. According to the conclusion, feedback opportunity teaching method, the use of feedback in the bodybuilding teaching can improve the quality of teaching and teaching effect, but also conducive to bodybuilding teaching system is further improved. Finally, a theoretical basis for bodybuilding teaching.
