Through the investigation and statistics to the mainstream teaching model at home and abroad in nowadays, I wrote this paper to find that there were several drawbacks in the traditional sports teaching method, such as single teaching function, inferiors creditability, scarce creativity, lacking general effect and so on. Thus, this kind of teaching model can’t meet the needs of the new curriculum standard at present. Instead, diversity reaction teaching, based on the traditional teaching method, was more scientific and comprehensive. The main characteristic of the new teaching method aimed at promoting students to master a better command of knowledge and skills by making use of the reaction information during the teaching process.Based on the diversity reaction theory, I operated comparative research study in08grade Wuhan Sports University. Through comparison and analysis between the classes that adopted diversity reaction teaching and the classes that adopted traditional teaching method, I concluded that adopting diversity reaction teaching not only valued the domination of teachers, but also stressed the stimulation of students’ enthusiasm, and was a whole optimization to the traditional teaching method. So the adoption of diversity reaction teaching can achieve much learning outcome, and the maximal adoption of it can instruct Sports teaching and practice better. During the new sports curriculum revolution standard, the adoption of diversity reaction teaching possessed realistic meaning and promotion value.
