Objective:To analyse taken Chinese traditional compound medicine group and training group mice exercise capacity, the dynamics of. monoamine neurotransmitter and amino acid neurotransmitter of telencephalon. Discuss the relationship of the change of neurotransmitter and sports fatigue and the function of Chinese traditional medicine anti sports fatigue. To provide scientific basis for a better guide to sports training and enhancing the exercise capacity and to lay the foundation the next step for the development of Chinese traditional medicine preparations for the athletes for drinking. Method:128 male Wistar mice were randomly divided into A group(quiet contrast group), B group(training group), C group(quiet with medicine group), D group(training with medicine group). Taken medicine groups were breathed into Chinese traditional compound medicine according to mice weight, the quiet contrast group was breathed into the same amount of purified drinking water. B, D group mice were trained on the animal stage. After 8 weeks, every group mice is randomly divided into 4 subgroups, quiet state , fixed quanlify 1 hour exercise, exhaustive exercise and exhaustive exercise with 12 hours rest to cut mice head. Measure the content of 5-Hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), 5-Hydroxyindole acetic acid(5-HIAA), dopamine(DA), glutamic acid(GLU) and y-gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA) in mice's telencephalon. All data is processed by SPSS 13.0 to calculate average, standard variant, independence sample T check, ANOVA, and the significant level is P<0.05. Result:3.1 The exhaustive exercise time of taken medicine group mice was prolonged obviously. The exhaustive exercise time order is D>C>B>A. D is very obviously longer than A and B (P<0.001) . C is very obviously longer than A (P<0.001) . B is obviously longer than A.3.2 In quiet state, 5-HT and GAB A content has no obvious difference in four groups. The ratio of 5-HT/5-HIAA of D is very obviously higher than A(PO.001), but 5-HIAA, DA and DA/5-HT of D is obviously lower than A. B is slightly lower than A. GLU content of C and D rise obviously (PO.001) . The ratio of GLU/GABA of D is very obviously higher than A and B ( PO.001) , but B is slightly lower than A.3.3 At the immediate ends of the 1 hour exercise, 5-HT and 5-HIAA content of C and D decreases obviously. 5-HT/5-HIAA only of A decrease obviously. DA content of C and D decrease obviously (PO.001) , but B is slightly higher than A. The ratio of DA/5-HT of C is highest, but D is lowest. GLU and GLU/GABA of taken medicine group rise obviously (PO.001) ,but B is lower than A. GAB A content of taken medicine group decrease obviously. Among them D has obvious difference (PO.001) .3.4 At the immediate ends of exhaustive exercise, 5-HT and 5-HT/5-HIAA of C and D is very obviously lower than A (PO.001). B is slightly lower than A. DA and 5-HIAA content has no obvious difference. The ratio of DA/5-HT of C and D is very obviously higher than A (PO.001) .GLU content of taken medicine group rise obviously (PO.001) . GAB A content only of C decreases obviously. The ratio of GLU/GABA of C rise obviously (PO.001) , but B is slightly higher than A.3.5 At the 12 hours ends of exhaustive exercise, 5-HT and 5-HT/5-HIAA of taken medicine group decrease obviously. 5-HT content decrease obviously(PO.001) . B is lower than A. DA content of taken medicine group go up, among them, C is the highest, B is lower than A. DA/5-HT and GAB A of taken medicine group rise obviously (PO.001). GLU content has no obvious difference. B is slightly lower than A. The ratio of GLU/GABA of taken medicine group decrease obviously and the ratio of B rise obviously. Conclusion:4.1 Chinese traditional compound medicine can effectively improve miceexercise capacity, obviously extend exercise time, and have function to help sports training to improve sports scores.4.2 A long period of time medium intensity training can not obviously influence neurotransmitters, only lower 5-HT nerve function. It explains that the central nervous system has the stronger stability and regulates the ability by one's own.4.3 Taken Chinese traditional medicine can mostly reduce the mice telencephalon 5-HT content and the ratio of 5-HT/5-HIAA in resistance exercise, reduce DA baseline level, but it will up slowly when exercise go to extremity, DA/5-HT ratio up, show Chinese traditional medicine can boost the activity of mice telencephalon, maintain exercise intension, suspend the fatigue.4.4 GLU content of the mice telencephalon of taken Chinese traditional medicine group rises obviously to raise the sport ability to have to promote the function well, but whether high GLU content will produce CNS restrainability and hurt the nerve cell or not, need the further study.4.5 In the resistant exercise process, GABA content of the mice telencephalon of taken medicine group decreases, but the ratio of GLU/GABA goes up. Chinese traditional medicine can reduce to repress inhibitory amino acid, keeping the excitability of cortex and prolonging the exhaustive exercise time in the resistant exercise.4.6 After 12 hours of exhaustive resume, telencephalon neurotransmitters of taken medicine group are even near to the peaceful level mostly compared with not taken medicine group. It explains that Chinese traditional medicine can obviously promote to restore central fatigue.
