Objective:The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the effect of the negative-nutrient compound prescription of Chinese traditional medicine on the anti-weary through observing the influence of the negative-nutrient compound prescription of Chinese traditional medicine to the Wistar mice's movement ability, serum IGF-I, the skeletal muscle energy metabolism enzyme and the antioxidase enzyme. In order to provide some scientific theory basis for the negative-nutrient compound prescription of Chinese traditional medicine to be used in the anti-weary and enhancing the movement ability. Method:128 male Wistar mice were randomly divided into four groups: Peaceful Control Group (A group), Single movement group (B group), Peacefully takes medicine group (C group), Movement takes medicine group (D group), C and D two groups affuse stomach every day with the certain dosage Chinese traditional medicine, B and D groups were both trained for 8 weeks with the animal run stage. After training 8 weeks, the content of IGF-I in serum , the activity of LDH, MDH, SOD, and GSH-PX in skeletal muscle of mice were measured at the rest state, the immediate ends of the fixed load, the immediate ends of exhaustive exercise and 12 hour ends of exhaustive exercise. All of the data were processed by software of SPSS 13.0 package with T-check for the comparison between groups and p<0.05 as the standard for markedess. Result:Under the stage of rest, the immediate ends of the fixed load, the immediate ends of exhaustive exercise and 12 hour ends of exhaustive exercise, B group of big mice skeletal muscles MDH activeness is higher than A group, the serum IGF-I content of A group has advances but does not have the remarkable difference, C, D group of serum IGF-I content, skeletal muscle LDH, MDH, GSH-PX, and SOD activeness even significance to be higher than A group, Dgroup of mice skeletal muscles LDH, GSH-PX, and SOD activeness is higher than B group;Under the stage of rest, the immediate ends of the fixed load, and 12 hour ends of exhaustive exercise, B group of big mice skeletal muscles LDH activeness remarkably is higher than A group, D group of big mice skeletal muscles MDA content remarkably is lower than B group;The exhaustive time of B, C, D group is much longer than A group, D group is also longer than B and C group. Conclusions:The negative-nutrient compound prescription of Chinese traditional medicine and the training can enhance the activeness of the skeletal muscle energy metabolism correlation enzyme and free radical metabolism correlation enzyme, enhance the energy supply and the anti-oxidized ability, thus improve the anti-weary ability, strengthen the movement ability;The negative-nutrient compound prescription of Chinese traditional medicine can also enhance the serum IGF-I content, to repair the organism micro damage, then improve the anti-weary ability, strengthen the movement ability...
