With the human kind entering the information society, computernetwork effects each field with its unique way. Network brings theYoungsters, regarded as a kind of particular group, a lot of influences.However,under the background full of cultural contradiction andpluralism,both the educates and educatees are confused at differentdegree. Especially to the students,when enjoying a lot of usefulinformation and chances provided by the network,something is wrongwith their morality such as the value perspective offsetting,thepollution of unhealthy information, changes of way of thinking, moralapathy, alienation from interpersonal emotion, etc. So the moraleducation in schools confronts great challenges and the actual effectsare on the low side. On the basis of previous research, this paperdiscusses on the cause of formation of influences of computer ethicson the Youngsters and proposes some valid suggestions for ethiceducation in high schools.This paper contains four parts. Introduction is the first part, whichintroduces the origin, methods and ideas of this research. The secondpart discourses upon the definition, status quo and the trends ofinternet and the meanings, the main content and the dilemma ofcomputer ethics. With investigating on using the Internet of the Young,the third part analyses the computer ethics in high schools at presentand assays the genesis on theory. The fourth part brings forward thecountermeasures on computer ethics problem in high schools. One isbuilding up the subject role education and improving the moral subjectrole of students, and another is strengthen the moral education oncurriculum's setting up, and another is strengthening network litigationand standardizing network actions , and the last one is emphasizing onharmonizing the relationship among the family, high schools and thesociety from the external environment. In the final, the contents andmethods of ethic education in high schools should be expanded greatlyin the face of internet era.The complex influences of ethical morality which brought byresearching and dealing with the development of network, contributeto constituting the valid and nip in the bud measures to ensure thehealthy development in the way of network development. Then theschool, the family and the society should respectively take theresponsibilities. They should strengthen the development of themorality of the youngsters.
