Education is a kind of activity that can cultivate and mold the whole mankind, during the education, the Chinese course undertakes the double task of cultivating the students scientific and cultural spirit. The new course reform emphasizes that the reading-comprehension teaching is to promote the harmoniousdevelopment of students'individual lives. The author elaborates the comprehension's intention, traits and process, puts forward reading-comprehension is a kind of process that the author' s mind interest and cognitive feeling effect each other according to the 《Chinese course standard》 and inquires into the theoretical foundation of reading-comprehension. The author discusses eight kinds of implement tactics which operating is strong combining the teaching examples in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the students' development through comprehension.
