The teacher has good ethics of the teaching profession, not merely help to improve one's own quality, promote the effective implementation of quality-oriented education, and help to promote students' sound development and improvement of the whole society civilization degree. " the action plan of vitalizing education towards the 21th century " that Ministry of Education makes is proposed clearly: " especially strengthening the construction of ethics of the teaching profession ". The appraisement of ethics of the teaching profession is the important content of construction of the ethics of the teaching profession, has already nowadays become the hot problem that the education theory circle studies. Research of the appraisement of ethics of the teaching profession is a great subject of educational reform and development not merely, and is the inherent requirement of improving the whole people's quality , advancing the construction of two civilizations. This article uses such research approaches as document search , investigation method , interview method ,etc. mainly, carry on theory discussion to the appraisement of ethics of the teaching profession of middle vocational school , analyses the current situation of the appraisement of ethics of the teaching profession in middle vocational school at present in our country, puts forward middle vocational school ethics of the teaching profession think basic frame and suggestion for operation of theory from purpose , principle , content , standard , method that the appraisement of ethics of the teaching profession , aim at the constant completion and development of the appraisement of ethics of the teaching profession of the middle vocational school.
