An art school is a kind of professional school with all kinds of artistic forms as its specialty. Its teaching objects are the students with specialties and its teaching purpose is to cultivate the art professionals' both ability and political integrity. Whether being teachers or students, in our daily life or in our studies, we will inevitably contact with art. Thus, all sorts of teaching activities happens in art schools are all specialized and endowed with artistic colors. Here, as a basic subject, the Chinese teaching in art schools will undoubtedly be carried out in artistic ways.This paper discusses the topic in four parts. The first part is the presentation of the thesis. Facing the facts that the students in art schools are lack of knowledge and their human cultures need to be improved, the writer put forward her opinions that the Chinese teaching in art schools is supposed to be implemented in artistic ways, which is a dose of good medicine to solve the above problem. The second part introduces the different theoretical genres, the relationship between the Chinese teaching and the art, and the theoretical warranties of the Chinese teaching in art schools. The third part is concerned with the carrying out of the Chinese teaching in art schools, of which the writer gives out a general annotation from the angle of the Chinese teaching in artistic ways, the characteristics of the carrying out and its strategies. The last part is the suggestions to the Chinese teachers. The writer suggests that the Chinese teachers need to comprehend the teaching materials in the view of art and personality; they need to improve their art culture and aesthetic attainment; and also they need to explore the art of Chinese teaching from two aspects— the art of language and the art of teaching behavior.In the range of art, the Chinese teaching should take art as a media; in the practical teaching activities, using the artistic method and skill, as to achieve the best teaching effect. To make the theory and practice perfect by using the artistic ways is the creative point of this thesis, which is of great significance to the Chinese teaching in art schools and is of great value to the growing number of students in art school, as it is in favor of the fulfillment of the students' all-round and life-time development.
