The design of the learning tasks and learning activities plays a very important part in thesystem of chemistry teaching and learning. And whether it is scientific or not greatlyinfluences the learning process of the students. How can we design the learning tasks andlearning activities in a scientific way according to the specific teaching objectives andteaching situations? What kind of learning tasks and teaching activities are the most suitablefor the students? These questions are well worth thinking and discussing. It is generallyunderstood that the design of learning tasks and learning activities is the product of newteaching theories.The task of revision class is to help students to understand the system of knowledge,construct the network of knowledge and the platform of thinking, and therefore help thestudents to form the comprehensive abilities. Rethink the teaching of chemistry revisionlesson in senior grade three, there existed the problem of over emphasizing the effect ofteachers. As a result, the students are very passive in class and seldom conduct self-learning.The revision lesson was almost replaced by doing exercises, summing up knowledge anddealing with some papers. Well designing the learning tasks of knowledge about elementchemical compound in the revision lessons and putting it into practice are the effective meansto improve the efficiency of revision lessons.Further understand the concept and the innate character of the learning tasks of elementchemical compound on the basis of studying the concept of learning tasks, principles ofdesigning and methods of conducting. Improve the realization of the importance of designinglearning tasks. Practically solve the problems with class teaching in revision lessons in gradethree, from the design of learning tasks to the actual behavioral research. At the same time,provide reference for improving the whole teaching process, stimulating the students'reviewing interests, promoting the students' abilities to do self-learning and researching andrevision about other special objects.The design and practice of learning tasks involves lots of subjects. Things like theteaching ideas and experience of teachers, different teaching objectives, different teachingcontents and different condition of the students all affect the design and practice of learningtasks. In the process of analysis of the teaching cases, the researching question puts focus onthe designing principles as well as the methods of the learning tasks of element chemicalcompound in revision lessons, the teaching procedures and the assessment of teaching results.After generalizing and comparing the concept, characteristic and practice of thetask-based teaching in different subjects at home and broad, by means of arranging thematerials and reference, understanding the interests and habits of the students in revisionlessons and analyzing the teaching cases, I find out the task-based teaching in revision lessonslead to the following results: the students get a better command of basic knowledge and skills;their abilities to solve the problems improve;their learning attitude become more active;thesense of self-study have been strengthened;the students become more interested in revisionlesson. Only under the guide of modern teaching theories, skillfully applying teachingtechnology and comprehending the students' learning situation can teachers work out motive,comprehensive, systematic learning tasks which are suitable for learning contents,accommodate with students' learning background and help to reach the goals of revisionlessons in grade three.The changes in teachers' teaching design and teaching practice make the revision lessonslively. The application of designing teaching tasks to other special subjects is being carriedout and experimented. The creative work of teachers has supplied more experience, methodsand contents in order to perfect the teaching reform of the new curriculum.
